Bob is one of the founding members of Paolini and Scout, LLC, a firm with over 50 years of combined experience. He began his accounting career with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young), one of the largest accounting firms in the world. He continued his career with Asher & Company, Ltd., a large regional firm in Philadelphia where he specialized in small to medium size business accounting, auditing, consulting and taxation services. Bob has been a CPA since 1988. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Bob is a registered representative of FSC Securities Corporation. Bob also has a securities, life and health insurance license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Bob and his wife Dorothy have four children and reside in Medford, New Jersey.

Peter T. Scout has been practicing as a public accountant in Medford Lakes, New Jersey for the past 30 years. Peter specializes in individual income tax preparation and eldercare services. In February of 2001, Peter merged his tax and accounting practice with the practice of Robert J. Paolini, CPA to form the firm of Paolini & Scout, LLC. Peter began his public accounting career in the 1960's in the tax department of Drexel & Co., a Philadelphia brokerage firm. In 1970, he left Drexel & Co. and started his own tax and accounting practice in Medford Lakes, New Jersey at the Trading Post.
